This week we got some pretty exciting news from Lenovo as they unveiled the Yoga Tab 13, Yoga Tab 11, P11 Plus, M7 and M8.
Lenovo has just introduced a bunch of new tablets and laptops in its Yoga series. The goodies include Yoga Tab 13, a 13-inch convertible tablet that can be used as a laptop (or a tablet that has a keyboard). The Yoga Tab 13 is light and thin at just 1.12 pounds, and it has a full HD display. The Yoga Tab 13 will be available in Black and Silver colors, and will sell for $599. Lenovo also introduced P11 Plus, a 13-inch detachable laptop. The P11 Plus is a basic laptop, but it has a detachable keyboard, which is sold separately. The keyboard can be used as a tablet, and it can be used as a laptop when the keyboard is connected to the laptop
The new Yoga Tab (13 and 11) are the most powerful Yoga-branded tablets to date, with the Yoga Tab 11 featuring a larger 13” display with a 1920×1200 resolution, while the Yoga Tab 13 features a slightly larger 14” display with a 2560×1440 resolution. On the other hand, the Yoga Tab 7 and Yoga Tab 8 Pro are the first tablets to feature an Intel Apollo Lake processor, with the Yoga Tab 8 Pro standing out with an additional NVIDIA GeForce MX150 GPU. As for the other Yoga-branded devices, the Yoga Tab 10 is the first tablet to feature dual cameras, the Yoga Book is the first to feature a 360° hinge, and the Yoga Tab 3 Pro is the first to have
Lenovo on Monday announced the Yoga Tab 13, Yoga Tab 11 and Tab p11 Plus tablets, along with the Smart Clock update, ahead of MWC 2021. The company also unveiled the third generation of its budget Tab M7 and Tab M8 tablets.
The Yoga Tab 13’s biggest advantage is that it can also be used as an external monitor for any HDMI-enabled device, including laptops, consoles, etc. The tablet is covered with a fingerprint-resistant coating and has a footrest that can also serve as a pendant. It is also compatible with the Lenovo Precision Pen 2.
Another offering, the Yoga Tab 11, is a more family-friendly device with an 11-inch 2K IPS display, stylus support and an LTE option. The Tab P11, M7 and M8 are mainly budget tablets focused on entertainment and compatible with Google Entertainment Space.
Finally, the Smart Clock 2 is essentially a smart display with Google Assistant, with a 4-inch screen and comes with an optional wireless phone charger.

As mentioned, the Yoga Tab 13’s biggest advantage is that it can be used as an external monitor for HDMI-compatible devices, thanks to the included micro-HDMI-to-USB cable.

The tablet has a Snapdragon 870 processor and 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM, as well as WiFi 6, which should give it pretty much all the power and connectivity a tablet needs. The tablet also supports Google’s entertainment space, and the exterior is covered in black Alcantara.

The M7 is available in two variants. The WiFi model is powered by a MediaTek Mt8166 processor and the LTE model by a MediaTek MT8766 processor. You also get 2GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 32GB of EMCP flash memory. The screen is not exceptional either: a 7-inch IPS panel (1024×600) with a maximum brightness of 350 nits.
The M8 is powered by the Helio P22T, but Lenovo did not give details about RAM and storage. There are WiFI and LTE options, and the screen is slightly better than that of the M7 – an 8-inch IPS panel (1280×800) with the same 350-nit brightness.
